BACB Exam Preparation Courses and Home Study Materials

OBHS offers live BACB Exam Preparation courses for BCBA and BCaBA candidates. The two day courses offer a review of all content areas in the 3^rd Edition Task List with pre-test, practice quizzes, lecture notes, specialized review for Verbal Behavior, PECS, Standard Celeration Charting and Ethics. There is a 150 item practice exam and answers for all tests and quizzes. For those who prefer it, the exam prep materials are available at a reasonable cost for home study. Online Continuing Education Credits

OBHS, a BACB Approved Type 2 CE provider, is offering online CE hours for Behavior Analysts and Psychologists. Continuing Education credits are offered for reading courses and for reading specified journal articles in the Behavior Analyst Today (BAT). Learning is demonstrated by submitting answers to a set of questions along with registration and payment. The articles are available on an open access website in BAT. Behavior Analysis Consultation (Anywhere) and Psychological Services (CT, PA)

Michael Weinberg, Ph.D., B.C.B.A., is an experienced applied behavior analyst with over 30 years of experience in providing behavior analysis services for children and adults with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, including Asperger’s, mental health issues, and other behavioral concerns. Dr. Weinberg is also an experienced instructor of BACB approved certification courses, provider of supervised experience hours, and continuing education provider for BACB Certificants. Specialized areas of experience include autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, PDD, conduct disorders, and other mental health concerns, sexual abuse issues, academic problems and others. School, home or residential program services are available. Also, Dr. Weinberg provides complete psychological evaluations (in CT and PA) and autism spectrum screenings and identification for young children (birth to 3 year olds).

Supervision for BCaBAs NEW

Given that the BACB has now changed the title of BCaBAs to Board Certified "assistant" Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), and has included a new requirement for monthly supervision of BCaBAs by a BCBA, we are offering this service to BCaBAs at a reasonable fee.  Meetings can be conducted via electronic means for 10 months per year, and two face-to-face meetings on at least two occasions per year.  A reasonable fee structure is offered for this service along with CE credits for the supervision hours.  Please click the Contact Us link above and call or email for details or to arrange an appointment.

Supervision for BACB Certificant Candidates
