on HIPAA (Health Information Portability and Accountability ACT) laws and
standards for Healthcare providers to ensure that patient Personal

Responsible Conduct of Behavior Analysts (2004), and the APA Ethics Code
(2002) are also reviewed. Punishment & Child Discipline: Facts, Myths & Principles This 6 credit CE course provides the professional with a
conceptual knowledge of punishment, contrasting a procedural versus
outcome-oriented definition. The book, Punishment on Trial: A Resource
Guide to Child Discipline (free on-line) is the main source of the material
for the course. Following a
conceptual understanding of outcome-oriented punishment (Section I),
several myths regarding punishment are examined (Section II). The basic
principles in using punishment contingencies are detailed in Section III of the book. Finally, a responsible model for using
